Design & CAD Engineering
Taiwan K-Lite has built a comprehensive database of over 1,000 lamp models, enabling us to efficiently translate design concepts into fully customized 3D CAD models that meet diverse customer requirements.
Optical Design & Photometry Simulation
By applying optimized light sources along with precisely engineered inner reflectors, optical lenses, and light bars, we design lighting systems that achieve optimal beam patterns, sharp cut-off lines, and luminous intensity—fully compliant with relevant regulatory standards.
Analysis
Thermal management is a critical factor affecting lighting performance. We design highly efficient cooling structures to minimize lumen depreciation and ensure extended product lifespan.
To achieve superior tooling quality, we perform mold flow analysis during the development stage. This allows us to optimize tool design and effectively reduce defects during the injection molding process.
Prototyping
Prototyping enables the evaluation and optimization of material selection and structural design before finalizing mass production. This process helps reduce time and cost associated with design failures or functional issues. Small-batch prototypes can also be efficiently produced using simplified tooling.
Testing & Validation
Equipped with a 30-meter in-house optical laboratory, we are capable of conducting comprehensive photometric testing and certification within our own facility.
